A full set of inflatable 'LETS PAWTY' balloons that you simply fill with air and string up for your doggy party.
 
The balloons are sent with a little straw that you slot in to the bottom of the balloon and blow up with a couple of breaths, you will need some string to join the balloons together or you can just cellotape them together. As the balloons dont have helium they wont float so they have to be strung up like a party banner.
